The concept is developed with 5 different starches from Ingredion, to demonstrate the unique properties of each. To keep the body and texture crispier and thinner, real butter is included in the recipe along with the whole egg powder which provides good cost in use with no compromise on quality. Offering ultimate texture appeal varities, Bite-Me is developed to give the right sensory effect that biscuits exert on the consumer.
